About The Role

As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimising project schedules across all phases of project delivery. Working closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams and contractors, you will provide critical planning, forecasting and reporting that supports informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.

You'll monitor project performance against baseline schedules, identify risks and opportunities, conduct schedule analysis and help drive efficient project execution across a range of renewable energy developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review contractor, consultant and vendor schedule submissions and incorporate relevant information into project schedules.
  • Identify activities impacting the critical path and support mitigation, recovery or acceleration strategies where required.
  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of project planning and scheduling standards, processes and tools.
