A leading aged care provider in Melbourne is seeking a Schedule Coordinator to manage the scheduling of home care services. You will work in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively with teams to meet client demands. We’re looking for a Schedule Coordinators to join our Ravenhall office in the West. This is a permanent, full-time role with a rotating roster, working Monday to Friday between 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM. The role will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of our home care support services across the West region.
Our Schedulers need to take a commercial view, looking at routine efficiencies, kilometres travelled, outsourcing levels, while balancing the needs of our customers cultural and lifestyle preferences. This role is complex and fast paced giving you the opportunity to stretch your rostering skills and analytical thinking.
