At Sonder, we are hiring a Scaled Tech Touch Program Manager to own automated journeys for customers without a named CIP. You’ll design onboarding, health-score triggers and renewal nudges, partnering with Data & Insights, Product and Customer tiers to prove impact with data rather than instinct.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced, AI-native environment with hub-based tooling, hybrid work, and a Sydney HQ that supports balanced collaboration and wellbeing.

Formación

• 4+ years in Scaled Customer Success, CS Ops, RevOps or Lifecycle Marketing with automation
• Experience designing lifecycle campaigns (email, in-app, onboarding, renewal) at scale
• Hands-on with CRM and lifecycle automation tooling (HubSpot)
• Able to work with health/usage data to prioritize automation impact
• Systems thinker focusing on population-level outcomes
• Experience partnering with CS, Marketing/Activation and Data & Insights
• Comfort with structured experiments (A/B or cohort) and retiring what doesn’t work
• Fluent with AI tools for scaling personalization without heavy manual effort
