We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our APLNG maintenance team on Curtis Island. Reporting to the Project Superintendent, this role is responsible for leading scaffold operations, coordinating resources, driving safety performance, and ensuring work is executed in accordance with site requirements and industry best practice.
As the Scaffolding Supervisor, you will provide leadership and technical expertise to the scaffolding workgroup while supporting planning, scheduling and execution activities across the site. You will work closely with planners, maintenance teams, contractors and client stakeholders to ensure scaffolding work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational readiness, developing work packs, coordinating materials and resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across scaffolding operations.
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong leadership capability combined with extensive scaffolding experience within major industrial environments.
