Job summary

Thomas Scaffolding in Coffs Harbour is seeking an experienced scaffolder for a casual temporary role. You will erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding, follow site plans and safety requirements, and work closely with the crew to keep projects moving on site.

The successful candidate will hold a current scaffolding certification and a Construction Induction Card, have proven experience on scaffold structures, and demonstrate a strong commitment to working safely and supporting teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffold structures.
• Strong understanding of working safely at heights and on construction sites.
• Able to turn up, work safely and contribute positively to the crew.
• Willing to share knowledge and develop labourers and trainee scaffolders.

We’re looking for an experienced Scaffolder to join our Coffs Harbour team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in working safely, supporting their crew and delivering quality scaffold work efficiently.
