Job summary

SRG Global in Collie, WA is seeking experienced Scaffold Supervisors for ongoing shutdowns and project works. You will supervise Scaffold crews, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery within budget.

Strong planning and leadership are essential to coordinate with the supervision team and clients. The role requires a proactive attitude toward safety, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced/Intermediate Scaffold Ticket (SA, SI).
• Confined Space and Working at Heights within 2 years.
• White Card and valid driver’s licence.
• Pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening required.
• Strong communication, organisation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of Scaffold crews and oversee safe, on-time site execution.
• Weekly and daily planning of maintenance tasks and crew activities.
• Scope site projects for accurate estimation and budgeting.
• Meet with clients to update schedules and progress.
• Conduct performance reviews and promote a safety culture.
