Job summary

Shaba Scaffolding Group is seeking a scaffolding subcontractor crew to erect, rectify and dismantle scaffold structures on metropolitan Melbourne construction sites. You will lead a team, liaise with office and Senior Management, and ensure safe, on-time delivery of quality scaffolding solutions.

The crew must include at least three members, hold construction induction cards, and possess ABN/public liability. A scaffolding ticket is required for the leader.

Qualifications

• Crew must include a leader with at least two years scaffolding experience.
• Public liability and work cover insurance are required.
• Registered Australian company with an ABN.
• Crew of minimum 3 members and own transport.
• All crew members must hold construction induction cards.
• Scaffolding ticket is required for the crew.

Responsibilities

• Erect, rectify, and dismantle scaffold structures.
• Liaise with office members and Senior Management.
• Maintain high adherence to OH&S standards.
• Communicate fluently with team members and stakeholders.
• Use digital software provided for SWMS and audits.
• Achieve assigned work on time.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and good work ethics.
• Undertake weekend work as available.
