Job summary

Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG) seeks an SAP Payroll & Time Analyst to support and optimise SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, Time Tracking and Employee Central across a national workforce. Reporting to the SAP Functional Services Manager, you’ll work with Payroll, People & Culture and MSP partners to ensure compliant, efficient payroll processes.

This role is part of AGIG's SAP Centre of Excellence and offers location flexibility across Australia, including Melbourne, with collaboration

Qualifications

• Three to five years' experience supporting SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.
• Experience with Time Tracking and workforce management.
• Understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, Time Tracking and Employee Central to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver improvements.
• Investigate and resolve payroll, time management and award interpretation issues.
• Coordinate with MSPs and vendors for support, upgrades and releases.
• Own the functional relationship with Payroll, People & Culture and the MSP for ongoing optimisation.
• Develop test plans and perform functional testing and defect management.
• Maintain data integrity, reporting and controls for compliance and audits.
• Create functional documentation and guide process improvements.
