Job summary

Umbrella Club is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS & PMGM Consultant to implement, configure and support SAP SuccessFactors LMS and PMGM. You will work closely with customers to understand business requirements, deliver HR solutions and continuously improve system performance.

Responsibilities include end-to-end implementations, LMS configuration, integrations with HRIS and third-party content providers, and developing LMS reports to support performance management processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors LMS and PMGM.
• Strong hands-on LMS configuration, connectors, integrations and HRIS synchronisation.
• Experience with LMS reporting using BIRT/PRD and advanced reporting.
• Experience integrating third-party learning content providers such as Skillsoft and TACO.
• Good understanding of performance management and employee development processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
