About the role

A SAP S/4HANA Payroll Technical Analyst needs to be a strong project‑minded individual, with extensive experience around large HR/Payroll migration and transformation projects. The right candidate will have strong customer‑facing skills and a strong understanding of Service Delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies

• A minimum of 10 years’ SAP experience with a high level of proficiency in payroll processes and configuration of ECC (SAP modules PY, PT, CATS, ESS and MSS) and a good working understanding of its integration points within other modules of SAP
• A strong understanding of Payroll processes, payroll outsourcing, and system integrations is essential.
• Able to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
• Substantial experience in working with stakeholders to deliver a system design for exceptional internal and external end‑user experience.
• Demonstrated strategic and operational delivery skills directed at meeting or exceeding customer expectations and optimising business outcomes. Proven ability to maintain a clear focus on customer business objectives, to understand the customer’s strategic goals and translate these into credible outcomes for all stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully engaging with vendors and working collaboratively with key client stakeholders/representatives and internal ICT support and operational personnel.
