Job summary

Select People / Apprentice Recruit in Rochedale, Australia, is seeking a hands-on Management Accountant to own monthly management reporting, inventory costing, and ERP data integrity.

You will drive margins, working capital improvements and partner with management to improve processes using SAP, with four days per week considered for the right candidate. Bonus potential and superannuation apply.

Qualifications

• Hands-on management accounting experience
• Strong month-end and GL discipline
• Experience preparing management accounts and workpapers
• SAP experience within accounting/finance environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Manage month-end journals and adjustments
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and workpapers
• Conduct budgeting and variance analysis
• Forecast cash flow and monitor working capital
• Assist BAS preparation
• Coordinate year-end accounts with external accountant
