Job summary

Waters Corporation in Sydney is seeking a Logistics Administrator to support day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination for Australia. You will ensure timely stock movements, order processing, and SAP updates to support field service and customer needs.

Reporting to the Manager, Distribution & Fulfillment, you will manage inbound/outbound shipments, vendor invoices, stock transfers, and liaison with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Logistics Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a 3PL or regional Distribution environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is a must.
• Experience in International Trade is an added advantage.
• Commitment expected during quarter end.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Sense of urgency as to objectives and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Australia/Malaysia operations, ensuring continuity of logistics and inventory processes.
• Ensure inventory accuracy across warehouse locations.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipment activities, including shipment monitoring, manifest management, delivery creation, system updates, and exception resolution.
• Convert system-generated purchase requisitions into SAP purchase orders to support stock replenishment.
• Coordinate stock transfers and returns, including scheduling courier pickups and managing miscellaneous movements.
• Handle enquiries from Sales and Field Service Engineers regarding stock availability and shipment status.
• Verify vendor invoices and provide approval to Finance for processing.
• Support local purchases and operational needs through SAP transactions.
