Your work will help drive improvements in warehouse operations, production execution, inventory management, material flow, and information flow.

You will also be an important contributor to Continuous Improvement initiatives, supporting current and future business challenges through process standardisation, system enhancements, governance, training, and performance monitoring.

Reporting to the Production Control Manager, you will combine technical systems expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills to ensure operational processes are efficient, effective, and consistently applied across the organisation.

  • Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, training material, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) resources.
  • Establish and maintain performance metrics to monitor compliance and effectiveness of best-practice processes.
  • Diagnose and triage system issues, coordinating support activities through ticketing systems and improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee implementation of ERP enhancements and system improvements to increase inventory accuracy, material traceability, and operational efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement activities focused on warehouse operations, production execution, inventory management, and reporting capabilities.
  • Provide guidance and training to users to maximise system utilisation and process compliance.
  • Work closely with Warehouse Leads, Inventory Controllers, Production Planners, Manufacturing Engineers, and other key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Support governance and change management activities associated with ERP and business process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality, and Security requirements across all activities.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills are essential. You will work across multiple business functions, requiring the ability to influence outcomes, drive improvements, and build positive working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
