Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Sydney seeks a Strategy Consultant with ERP experience (SAP preferred) to join our transformation team. Work on high-impact ERP programs and advance your career in business transformation, collaborating with stakeholders across finance, procurement and supply chain.

You will support ERP-led transformations, contribute to process design, discovery, and business readiness, and engage in workshops while building SAP and ERP expertise.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in consulting or enterprise environments.
• Strong SAP/ERP program experience.
• Exposure to ERP programs (Oracle, or Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Sales processes.
• Experience in workshops, requirements gathering, and process modelling.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset with potential for leadership growth.

Responsibilities
