Job summary

Rashi Joshi is seeking a highly experienced SAP Plant Maintenance consultant to lead and support the design and configuration of PM in a large Australian local government transformation program. You will work on Master and Transactional data, field mobility, and scheduling, ensuring rigorous testing and issue resolution.

This role requires a minimum of 8 years in EAM implementations, strong stakeholder engagement, and a tertiary qualification.

Qualifications

• At least 1 full S/4HANA greenfield implementation experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.

What you’ll need to succeed

• At least 1 full S/4HANA greenfield implementation experience.
• Demonstrated experience of working in a business function related to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant or related discipline.

Required skills and experience

• Highly skilled in SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• At least 8 years of experience in successful implementation or conversion projects in EAM.
• Certification in SAP PM is highly desirable.
• Demonstrate experience of EAM integration with other modules such as Material Management (MM), Sales and Finance (FICO).
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and management skills – understanding how others think and act – ability to smoothly deliver outcomes through strong business, team, and supplier partnerships.
