Capgemini is hiring an Engagement Manager in Sydney to lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs, including S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield projects. You will build strong relationships with client executives and oversee governance, risk, and commercial performance across multi-vendor teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience leading complex SAP transformation programs.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience with Greenfield, Brownfield, or data transition projects.
• Strong executive stakeholder engagement and governance experience.

Strong experience across SAP IS-U and SAP EAM will also be highly considered.10+ years' experience leading complex SAP transformation programs and large-scale enterprise initiatives.Proven leadership across multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.Experience delivering Greenfield, Brownfield, and/or Selective Data Transition programs.Strong understanding of SAP-enabled business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, EWM/TM, and/or Human Resources.Demonstrated success leading large, multi-vendor and distributed delivery teams.Experience engaging with executive stakeholders, C-suite leaders, Steering Committees, and governance boards.Strong commercial acumen with experience managing engagement financials, risk, and contractual obligations.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.A client-focused mindset and a passion for delivering business value through technology transformation.What you'll love about working hereAt Capgemini, you'll work alongside talented colleagues on some of Australia's largest and most complex transformation programs.
