Job summary

Zone IT Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant in Melbourne, Australia, to lead end-to-end SAP solutions across EAM/PM, MM, and SD within Utilities environments. The role focuses on optimizing asset, procurement, and customer service processes, working with stakeholders to deliver impactful transformations.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, configuration, testing, and cross-team collaboration to ensure successful SAP programs

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Functional Consulting.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP EAM/PM, MM, or SD.
• Experience delivering projects within Utilities, Energy, Water, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of asset management, procurement, inventory, logistics, and service processes.
• Experience in SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across EAM, MM, or SD modules.
• Configure and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM), Procurement (MM), or Logistics/Sales (SD) processes.
• Design and implement solutions for asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, work orders, inventory, procurement, and service delivery.
• Conduct functional workshops and provide recommendations aligned to Utilities industry best practices.
• Prepare functional specifications and support integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Execute system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with technical, integration, and project teams to deliver successful SAP programs.
