Job summary

Capgemini Australia is seeking an experienced SAP CDC Consultant to shape identity-centric solutions for clients in Melbourne. You will design, document, and implement registration/login journeys, consent management, and data models while leading delivery workstreams.

You will collaborate with CRM/CX teams, integrate CDC with back-end systems via REST APIs, and oversee environments, testing, and releases. Hybrid working arrangements are supported.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP CDC delivery, including registration/login journeys, screen-sets and consent management.
• Experience leading a project or team within a delivery context.
• Strong understanding of customer identity concepts.
• Proven ability to document designs and communicate with architecture and security forums.
• Experience integrating CDC with CRM/CX platforms via REST APIs and SAP BTP/CPI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP CDC solutions end-to-end including identity workflows.
• Lead a delivery team and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Configure data models and screen-sets, perform migrations and testing.

Your role

As an SAP CDC Consultant, you will be responsible for solution design and documentation, identity and access management, consent and privacy management, data model and screen-set configuration, identity migration, testing, and environment and release management.

Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:

• Hands-on SAP CDC delivery, including registration/login journeys, screen-sets and consent management, with experience leading a team.
• Utilities industry knowledge is preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer identity concepts
• Experience integrating CDC with CRM/CX platforms and back-end systems via REST APIs and middleware such as SAP BTP Integration Suite/CPI.
• Experience migrating customer identities and running trial loads and reconciliation.
• Strong stakeholder management and written communication; able to present design decisions to architecture and security forums.

Your profile

Desirable

• SAP certification in Customer Data Cloud or Customer Experience solution architecture.
• Experience with other CIAM platforms such as Auth0, and with identity federation.
• Experience with React/TypeScript front ends and AWS-based components.
• Australian utilities market knowledge (electricity and gas).
