You will lead end-to-end integration projects, implement secure and scalable patterns, and guide teams in API-led integration strategies across logistics, retail, and B2B ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on enterprise integration experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite and Cloud Integration.
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting, XML, JSON, CSV, EDIFACT, XSLT mappings.
• Security knowledge: OAuth 2.0, SSL/TLS, AS2.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test and deploy integration flows using SAP BTP Integration Suite – Cloud Integration.
• Develop reusable integration components and frameworks following SAP best practices.
• Implement exception handling, retry mechanisms, monitoring and error handling frameworks.

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Cloud Integration Consultant to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will design, configure, and deploy robust integration solutions across cloud, hybrid, and B2B platforms using the SAP BTP Integration Suite.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support integration flows using SAP BTP Integration Suite – Cloud Integration.
• Develop reusable integration components and frameworks following SAP best practices.
• Implement exception handling, retry mechanisms, monitoring, alerting, and error-handling frameworks.
• Define appropriate integration patterns, including synchronous, asynchronous, and event-driven architectures.
• Provide technical guidance on API-led, cloud-to-cloud, and hybrid integration scenarios connecting with external logistics, retail, and B2B platforms.
• Work with AS2, IDocs, APIs, web services, OData services, and file-based integrations, alongside advanced Groovy scripting and XSLT/graphical mappings.
• Manage integration security requirements including SSL/TLS certificates, SSH, OAuth 2.0, Basic authentication, PGP, and AS2 security.

• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of hands‑on technical experience with enterprise integration.
• Core Technical Skills: Strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, and building integration flows.
• Development Competencies: Proficiency in Groovy scripting, XML, JSON, CSV, EDIFACT, XSLT mappings, and API‑led integration patterns.
• Security & Governance: Solid knowledge of integration security standards (OAuth 2.0, SSL/TLS, PGP, AS2).

Technical Depth

• Advanced troubleshooting skills for connectivity, authentication, certificate, payload, and backend‑system issues.
• Deep understanding of exception handling, monitoring frameworks, and root‑cause analysis for recurring integration failures.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience integrating SAP BTP with third‑party logistics, retail, and B2B systems.
• Familiarity with event‑driven integration architectures and advanced SAP BTP services.
