Job summary

Scene to Believe is seeking Christmas Experience Team Leaders to head up Santa photo sets in Outer West Sydney. As Chief Elves you will lead a team, drive guest satisfaction and ensure memorable experiences for every family.

You will oversee daily operations, rosters and guest flow, bringing energy and festive flair to a busy season. Training is provided and hours are flexible, with the festive atmosphere as your office.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced service or events.
• Excellent people skills across ages and pets.
• Calm, organized, and adaptable under pressure.
• Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.

Santa Photo Set Team Leaders - Outer West Sydney

Create Christmas Magic with your Energy and Leadership!

Step up and lead one of Santa photo experiences with Scene to Believe, where smiling faces and Christmas fun make every day memorable.

We’re hiring Christmas Experience Team Leaders (or as we like to call them, Chief Elves!) across Australia and New Zealand.

As a Chief Elf on one of our Santa photo sets, you’ll inspire, support and lead your team of Elves to create magical moments for every visitor. You’ll be the calm throughout the busy festive season, keeping the set running smoothly and ensuring every family has a memorable Santa photo experience.

We’re looking for Christmas Experience Team Leaders to drive performance across sites in the Outer West Sydney Area, including:

Rouse Hill Town Centre
Westpoint
Plumpton Marketplace
Kellyville Pets
The Vineyard
Mount Druitt
Penrith

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and motivating your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences
• Managing daily operations, rosters and workflow
• Welcoming families and keeping the atmosphere joyful and festive
• Bringing energy and maintaining positivity, even on the busiest days
• Leading from the front with warmth, professionalism and a dash of festive flair
• Overseeing POS operations and ensuring visitor prints and photo packages are processed and presented with care
• Most importantly, ensuring every family receives a high-quality photo and a treasured keepsake of their Christmas experience
