Job summary

Scene to Believe is hiring Christmas Experience Team Leaders in Adelaide to guide a team of Elves across select sites. Youll keep operations smooth, drive customer joy and deliver memorable Santa photo moments during the festive season.

As a Chief Elf, you will lead from the front, manage rosters and guest flow, and maintain warmth and professionalism on busy days. Training is provided and hours are flexible to suit festive demand.

Qualifications

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver memorable visitor experiences.
• Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure during peak periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate across sites.
• Hold or obtain a valid Working with Children Check or equivalent clearance.

Step up and lead one of Santa photo experiences with Scene to Believe, where smiling faces and Christmas fun make every day memorable.

We're hiring Christmas Experience Team Leaders (or as we like to call them, Chief Elves!) across Australia and New Zealand.

As a Chief Elf on one of our Santa photo sets, you'll inspire, support and lead your team of Elves to create magical moments for every visitor. You'll be the calm throughout the busy festive season, keeping the set running smoothly and ensuring every family has a memorable Santa photo experience.

We're looking for Christmas Experience Team Leaders to drive performance across sites in the Adelaide Area, including:

• Colonnades
• Elizabeth City Centre
• West Lakes
• Tea Tree Plaza
• Marion

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences
• Managing daily operations, rosters and workflow
• Welcoming families and keeping the atmosphere joyful and festive
• Bringing energy and maintaining positivity, even on the busiest days
• Leading from the front with warmth, professionalism and a dash of festive flair
• Overseeing POS operations and ensuring visitor prints and photo packages are processed and presented with care
• Most importantly, ensuring every family receives a high-quality photo and a treasured keepsake of their Christmas experience
