Job summary

Allmen Industrial Services in Wyong, NSW, is seeking an experienced Industrial Sand Blaster for immediate start. You will operate and adjust sandblasting equipment to clean and smooth surfaces, load abrasives, and ensure quality. This is an ongoing role with a view to permanency.

You will work in a workshop, follow safety protocols, perform maintenance, and coordinate with supervisors to meet deadlines. Permanent opportunities available for reliable, safety‑conscious candidates who can work

Qualifications

• Operate and adjust sandblasting equipment to clean and smooth surfaces.
• Select and load appropriate abrasive materials based on surface type and project requirements.
• Inspect surfaces before and after blasting to ensure quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on sandblasting equipment, including hoses and nozzles.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.

You will be working in a workshop, based in Wyong.This is an ongoing role with a view to permanency for the right candidate.

Job requirements:

Operate and adjust sandblasting equipment to clean & smooth surfaces.

Select and load appropriate abrasive materials based on surface type and project requirements

Inspect surfaces before and after blasting to ensure they meet quality standards

Perform routine maintenance on sandblasting equipment, including hoses, nozzles to ensure safe and efficient operation

Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to coordinate workflow and meet deadlines

Follow all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
