Mode and Legends Hairdressing in Brisbane is seeking an Operations Manager to lead salon operations across South East Queensland. The role involves hands-on leadership, visiting multiple salons, and supporting managers to deliver excellent service and performance.

The successful candidate will be organized, a strong communicator, and able to travel between salons while driving sales and staff development. This is a full-time role based in Queensland with room to shape the business direction.

We're looking for a friendly, organised and motivated person to join Mode & Legends Hairdressing as our Operations Manager.

With salons across South East Queensland, we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, helping teams succeed and keeping things running smoothly.

This is a hands‑on, varied role where no two days are quite the same!

What will you be doing?

You’ll work closely with our salon managers and teams, visiting stores regularly and helping them be the best they can be.

Some of your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and guiding our salon managers and teams.

• Visiting salons and helping with day‑to‑day operations.

• Helping stores achieve their sales targets and goals.

• Recruiting new team members and supporting staff development.

• Keeping an eye on salon performance and finding ways to improve.

• Helping roll out promotions and new ideas across the salons.

• Making sure our salons are running smoothly and providing great customer service.

• Working closely with the owners to keep the business moving forward.

Who are we looking for?

We’re not necessarily looking for someone who’s done this exact job before.

You might be an experienced salon manager ready for the next step, a hairdresser looking to move away from working behind the chair, or someone with management experience who loves the hair industry.
