Lux Hair Lounge is seeking a friendly Receptionist / Coordinator to support our team and keep the salon running smoothly. You will welcome clients, manage phones and emails, book appointments, and assist senior stylists while helping maintain a tidy, professional space.

Ideal candidates have a background in hairdressing or beauty, are social media savvy, highly organised, reliable, and enjoy a busy, fun team environment. Availability Thu–Sat is required.

Qualifications

• Background in hairdressing or beauty preferred.

• Available to work Thursday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Create, post and manage content across social media platforms and keep online presence active and engaging.
• Welcome clients and ensure they feel looked after from the moment they contact us.
• Answer phone calls, respond to messages and emails.
• Book appointments.
• Conduct stock takes and keep on top of salon stock.
• Assist our senior stylists and help the salon run smoothly.
• General salon cleaning and keep the salon tidy and presentable.
