• Handling phone calls, inquiries, and client requests with professionalism.
• Managing cash flow, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting the team with day-to-day salon operations and problem-solving as needed.
• Keeping the front desk and reception area organized and inviting.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1-2 years in a front desk, customer service, or management role (bonus if it’s in the Hair & beauty industry! Extra bonus if you have used the software program “shortcuts”).
• Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Personality: Warm, approachable, and professional with a love for connecting with people.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with scheduling software and basic office, photos, video editing skills is a plus
• Passion: An interest in beauty, fashion, or wellness is always welcome!
