Staying up to date with the latest tools and products (you'll get plenty of training)
You've worked in retail, hardware, or a trade (or you've just got a passion for tools and how things work)
You enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and staying active on the job
You're reliable, team-focused, and always ready to pitch in
You don't mind weekend shifts and enjoy being part of store events or promotions
You're eager to learn, and keen to grow with a business that's going places
