What You'll Be Doing:

Helping customers find the right tools and gear for the job - whether DIY or trade
Answering questions, offering product advice, and delivering great service every time
Keeping the store looking great - merchandising, restocking, and maintaining displays
Supporting promotional events, sales campaigns, and product demos
Working as part of a close-knit team to hit store goals and keep things running smoothly
Using point-of-sale systems and learning in-store processes
Staying up to date with the latest tools and products (you'll get plenty of training)

Who This Role Suits:

You've worked in retail, hardware, or a trade (or you've just got a passion for tools and how things work)
You enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and staying active on the job
You're reliable, team-focused, and always ready to pitch in
You don't mind weekend shifts and enjoy being part of store events or promotions
You're eager to learn, and keen to grow with a business that's going places
