Domayne Auburn is seeking a customer service focused Salesperson to join our Auburn store. Full-time role with an attractive commission based structure and career progression within a trusted national brand.

You will help customers with furniture and home solutions, delivering outstanding service in a team environment. Candidates should have experience in customer-focused retail, strong product knowledge, and a drive to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused retail business.
• High level of furniture product knowledge (indoor/outdoor) to support customer queries.
• Ability to serve customers while managing work tasks.
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer-focused problem solving.
• Experience resolving customer complaints and ensuring happy customers.
• Passion to exceed store sales targets.
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to find products and provide product information.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Support store team to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Maintain store presentation and stock levels to maximise sales.
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed.

What we require:

• Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
• A high level of Furniture product knowledge indoor settings, outdoor settings and couches to support customer queries
• Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
• Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
