JAX Tyres & Auto Hawthorn is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Salesperson who knows tyres, servicing and vehicle maintenance and can turn that knowledge into outstanding customer experiences. You’ll be the face of the business, advising on tyres and servicing, delivering excellent service at the front counter and over the phone,

Qualifications

• 1 years' experience in automotive tyre sales, mechanical workshops, or service advising preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tyres, servicing & general vehicle maintenance.
• Confident with POS/computer systems (Marlin experience highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the business — the trusted advisor customers rely on.
• Provide advice on tyres, wheels, servicing & repairs.
• Deliver exceptional service at the front counter and over the phone.
• Build long-term customer relationships based on trust.

Provide advice on tyres, wheels, servicing & repairs

Coordinate with workshop technicians for smooth job flow

What We’re Looking For

1 years' experience in automotive tyre sales, mechanical workshops, or service advising preferred

Strong knowledge of tyres, servicing & general vehicle maintenance preferred

Confident with POS/computer systems (Marlin experience highly regarded)

Strong communication & relationship-building skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail/workshop environment

Availability to work Saturdays on a rotating roster.
