Job summary

Custodian, an Australian property investment company, is seeking a commercially minded Salesforce & Technology Lead to own Salesforce and shape the technology strategy for growth. Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior Salesforce, business systems, technology or digital transformation role.
• Strong hands‑on Salesforce experience across configuration, automation, development, reporting and data management.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and ideally Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the ongoing development, optimisation and performance of Salesforce as a critical business platform.
• Act as Custodian's primary Salesforce subject matter expert and provide technical guidance across the business.
• Design, configure, develop and implement Salesforce solutions, including Flows, automation, reports, dashboards and, where appropriate, Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Translate business requirements and pain points into practical, scalable technology solutions.
• Improve data quality, governance, reporting and visibility across the customer lifecycle.
• Lead technology and systems projects from concept through to implementation, including requirements, planning, testing, delivery and adoption.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve productivity through technology, AI and workflow automation.
