Qualifications

• Hands-on time with Salesforce as an admin, power user, Trailhead, or course.
• Clear writing, especially when explaining something to someone stuck.
• Curiosity about why something broke, not just how to make it go away.
• Comfort asking questions when you don't know the answer.
• Patience with people having a bad morning.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and resolve support requests, with a senior consultant to check in with.
• Make configuration changes in Salesforce: users, fields, page layouts, reports and simple flows.
• Write the answer down, so the next person to ask gets it faster.
• Help with release readiness checks ahead of each Salesforce release.
• Keep clients updated while their request is still open.
• Flag recurring requests so the team can fix the cause.
