We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead complex, large-scale programs, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and drive the design and delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions across multiple industries.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the end-to-end solution architecture, defining technology roadmaps, and ensuring Salesforce programs are robust, secure, and aligned to enterprise standards. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, oversee integration and data strategies, and champion best practices in architecture, DevOps, and governance. Beyond project delivery, you’ll play a key role in growing their Salesforce capability, mentoring talent, and contributing to go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for Salesforce programs, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders and guide technology roadmaps
• Oversee integration, data migration, DevOps, and architectural governance
• Manage delivery risks, scope, and timelines across multiple teams

Experience

• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and industry solutions
• Hands-on expertise in DevOps, DataOps, and Salesforce testing frameworks
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive transformation outcomes
