Job summary

Xendit in Australia is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to own the GTM platform alongside two Salesforce Engineers. You will configure Flow, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and sharing settings, lead CI sprints with the CRM Transformation Lead, and maintain platform health across integrated tools such as DealOps and DocuSign.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Proficient declarative configuration: Flow Builder, validation rules, permission sets and sharing rules, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience delivering in sprint-based or Kanban-style processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain trade-offs and write specs for engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI sprints: backlog management with the CRM Transformation Lead for a predictable rhythm.
• Perform basic Salesforce configuration: Flow automation, rules, permission sets, layouts, reports/dashboards.
• Manage Salesforce integrated tools (DealOps, Gong.io, DocuSign, Spotdraft) post-implementation.
• Triage enhancement requests and write specs for required development.
• Maintain platform health: data quality, user access, and adoption across Salesforce and integrations.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Engineers and conduct UAT and testing.
• Maintain documentation and governance of configurations and decisions.
