Job summary

DXC Technology Company is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead architecture and pre-sales across Salesforce and Oracle ecosystems. You will translate client challenges into scalable, differentiated solutions blending Salesforce, Data Cloud, MuleSoft and Oracle CX, OCI, and Platform components.

You will drive workshops, shape proposals, and guide delivery teams, working with Sales and Delivery to close opportunities and ensure successful outcomes for global clients.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of technology experience, incl. 7+ years in Salesforce and/or Oracle architecture, consulting or pre-sales solutioning.
• Strong hands-on experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud and the Salesforce Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience across Oracle CRM / CX Applications (Fusion CX Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ) and related customer-experience modules.
• Solid understanding of Oracle Platform and Extensibility components (PaaS and Integration), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder, APEX, Autonomous Database and API-led integration patterns.
• Working knowledge of the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) framework — compute, networking, security, identity, storage and well-architected/landing-zone design.
• Good grasp of MuleSoft, APIs, integration patterns, data architecture and enterprise integration across Salesforce and Oracle.
• Proven track record in pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, proposal development and client-facing solutioning.
• Strong understanding of Agentforce, Einstein, Oracle AI/OCI AI services, Generative AI and AI-led use cases across both ecosystems.
• A knack for connecting business outcomes, technology architecture and commercial value.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and pre-sales for complex client opportunities spanning the Salesforce and Oracle ecosystems.
• Design Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft and Agentforce/Einstein AI.
• Design Oracle solutions across Oracle CRM / CX Applications (Fusion CX Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ) and related Fusion CX modules.

• Design and position solutions on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) framework, covering compute, networking, security, identity, data and landing-zone/architecture best practices.
• Run discovery workshops and turn business requirements into solution architectures, roadmaps and implementation approaches that span Salesforce and Oracle.
• Drive solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, proposals and client presentations, including solution strategy, estimates, assumptions and commercials.
• Spot and shape AI-led transformation opportunities, including Agentforce, Oracle AI/OCI AI services, generative AI, intelligent automation and AI-powered customer/service journeys.
• Define integration, data, security, identity and enterprise architecture approaches across both platforms, including hybrid and multi-cloud scenarios.
• Build reusable solution assets, accelerators, AI use cases and reference architectures across Salesforce and Oracle, mentor fellow solution architects, and contribute to thought leadership and go-to-market initiatives.

About The Role

We're looking for a seasoned Solution Architect who can lead solutioning and pre-sales work across both the Salesforce and Oracle worlds. You'll take complex client business challenges and turn them into scalable, differentiated solutions — blending Salesforce applications, Data Cloud, MuleSoft and AI/Agentforce capabilities with Oracle CRM/CX Applications, Oracle Platform and Extensibility components (PaaS and Integration), and the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) framework.

You’ll work closely with Sales, competency/service line, Account and core Delivery teams to shape opportunities, lead RFPs and proposals, run client workshops and presentations, and carry solutions all the way from opportunity through deal closure and into delivery. We're looking for someone just as comfortable architecting on the Salesforce platform as across the Oracle Fusion/CX, PaaS and OCI landscape — someone who can recommend the right platform, or the right combination of both, to meet what the client actually needs.

This is a consulting-led, business-minded role for an architect who can move easily from understanding a client's problem, to building the business case, to designing the Salesforce and/or Oracle (CX + PaaS/Integration + OCI) solution, to architecture, to proposal, to executive presentation, to closed deal — bringing both ecosystems together into one coherent, differentiated solution.
