Job summary

Luvo is seeking a hands-on Salesforce OmniStudio Specialist to build and maintain the tools our sales and product teams rely on to launch and sell new products. You will report to the Technical Lead and collaborate with engineers, business analysts and commercial operations.

The role centers on OmniStudio components, Sales Cloud, CPQ and Data Cloud, with emphasis on scalable configurations, data quality, and clear documentation. This is a permanent role with a Sydney CBD office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce configuration and administration.
• Proven experience building with OmniStudio.
• Hands-on Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ experience.
• Some knowledge of Order Management and Data Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain OmniStudio solutions: OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors and Integration Procedures.
• Configure Sales Cloud, Media Cloud (CPQ and Order Management).
• Utilise Data Cloud using Flows and declarative tools like validation rules.
• Set up CPQ product rules, pricing rules and quote templates.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Collaborate with the business to gather requirements and improve processes.
• Keep data clean and document what you build.
