Enterpise IT Resources Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Salesforce Team Lead for a Flow Migration project. The role is hybrid with 2 days in office, ASAP start through December 2026, and a daily rate of $1057.

You will lead the technical migration, guide developers and testers, and ensure adherence to technical standards. The successful candidate will manage stakeholders, plan implementation schedules, and coordinate deployments, reporting progress to the Program Manager as risks and

Qualifications

Experience leading Salesforce projects and upgrades.
Experience in Salesforce Flow automation technology.
Understanding migration from Process Builder/Workflow to Flow.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders and managing expectations.
Experience building technical implementation schedules and tracking.

Responsibilities

Lead Technical Lead for the Sales Flow Migration Project.
Guide Developers and Test Analysts in the technical migration of Salesforce systems to Salesforce Flow automation technology.
Ensure that technical quality standards are met at every stage of the project.
Ensure that Salesforce technical recommendations are followed throughout the project.
Liaise with project stakeholders regarding technical issues, dependencies, change approvals and code deployments.
Report technical progress to the Program Manager to ensure risks, issues and progress are communicated.
