Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience in digital delivery.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience delivering digital transformations at portfolio, program or project level.
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with Human Centred Design and working with Service/UX Designers.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of digital and technology strategies for Health organisations.
- Lead the development of business requirements, user stories and solution design with clients and delivery teams.
- Lead the delivery of digital transformation programs for Health organisations.
- Lead and coach our teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Build relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Lead business development activities in the health sector.
- Work on client sites to execute projects and ensure outcomes.
