Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Melbourne is seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer to build storefront features, business logic and integrations on B2C Commerce using SFRA and Commerce Cloud best practices. You will transform requirements into scalable technical implementations that ensure performance, maintainability and a superior user experience across devices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working on SFCC commerce cloud as developer.
• Experience working in telecom domain.
• Proficient with SFRA, ISML, server-side JS, OCAPI/SCAPI and REST/SOAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop storefront features using SFRA, server-side JS, controllers, and ISML.
• Configure Business Manager (catalog, promotions, pricing, inventory, content).
• Implement integrations using OCAPI, SCAPI, and web services.
• Build scripts, jobs, and backend logic for data processing.
• Troubleshoot defects and ensure site performance and security.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.
• Work collaboratively in Agile teams with architects, BAs, and QA.

Role Overview

A Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer builds and enhances storefront features, business logic, and integrations on B2C Commerce using SFRA and Commerce Cloud best practices. They transform requirements into technical implementations that ensure performance, maintainability, and high‑quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop storefront features using SFRA, server‑side JS, controllers, and ISML.
• Configure Business Manager (catalog, promotions, pricing, inventory, content).
• Implement integrations using OCAPI, SCAPI, and web services.
• Build scripts, jobs, and backend logic for data processing.
• Troubleshoot defects and ensure site performance and security.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.
• Work collaboratively in Agile teams with architects, BAs, and QA.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in SFRA, ISML, server‑side JS, controllers, pipelines.
• Strong front‑end skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX.
• Knowledge of OCAPI, SCAPI, REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of eCommerce concepts: checkout, carts, promotions, payments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem integrations (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
