Job summary

Infosys Consulting, the management and IT consultancy unit of the Infosys Group, seeks a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer to join our Melbourne delivery teams. You will translate requirements into technical implementations that drive storefront performance, quality UX and secure integrations.

Responsibilities include developing storefront features with SFRA, configuring Business Manager, implementing OCAPI/SCAPI integrations, building data processing scripts, and collaborating in Agile

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SFCC development experience.
• Experience in telecommunications domain.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Experience in Agile environments.

Role Overview:

A Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer builds and enhances storefront features, business logic, and integrations on B2C Commerce using SFRA and Commerce Cloud best practices. They transform requirements into technical implementations that ensure performance, maintainability, and high‑quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop storefront features using SFRA, server‑side JS, controllers, and ISML.
• Configure Business Manager (catalog, promotions, pricing, inventory, content).
• Implement integrations using OCAPI, SCAPI, and web services.
• Build scripts, jobs, and backend logic for data processing.
• Troubleshoot defects and ensure site performance and security.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.
• Work collaboratively in Agile teams with architects, BAs, and QA.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in SFRA, ISML, server‑side JS, controllers, pipelines.
• Strong front‑end skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX.
• Knowledge of OCAPI, SCAPI, REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of eCommerce concepts: checkout, carts, promotions, payments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem integrations (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).

• UX Studio, VS Code, SFCC CLI tools.
