Melbourne, hybrid (2-3 days in office)
Deep Salesforce build across Sales, Service and Financial Services Cloud, with real integration and security complexity, inside a major financial services organization.
One of Australia's largest financial services organization, managing tens of billions in assets and members. This is an organisation with genuine scale and a long-term mandate, not a fast-and-loose scale-up, so expect mature governance, a security-conscious environment, and a Salesforce platform that's core to how they serve members rather than a side project. They're continuing to invest in their CRM capability and are bringing in senior technical talent to help shape how the platform evolves.
You'll be hands-on across the Salesforce multi-cloud stack, building custom solutions in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and Triggers, and working closely with Solution Engineers to translate business requirements into technical design. The work spans Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud, with a strong integration component via REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft and event-driven architectures, so you'll need to be comfortable thinking beyond the platform boundary. Expect a genuine mix of configuration and code, a security model that needs to be taken seriously given the regulated environment, and involvement in CI/CD and DevOps practices using Git, Salesforce DX and Azure DevOps. You'll work in an Agile team, mentor more junior developers, and have a real say in advising configuration over code where it makes sense rather than defaulting to custom builds.
6 month contract, hybrid working, genuine scale and complexity to sink your teeth into. Sound like your kind of build?
