ABOUT THE POSITION

GRAF Australia is seeking a motivated and career-focused individual to join its team as an Internal Sales Trainee. This full-time traineeship offers the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Business-to-Business Sales while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment. The successful candidate will be trained in core sales functions, customer engagement, and internal collaboration, contributing to the company’s continued growth and service excellence.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Internal Sales Trainee (B2B)

  • Responding to customer enquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders
  • Applying B2B sales techniques such as territory planning and client engagement
  • Assisting with sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and contributing to pipeline reporting
  • Collaborating with internal departments to meet customer needs
  • Participating in product and sales training sessions
  • Upholding company standards for customer service, professionalism, and workplace safety

  • Current National Police Certificate
  • Full Australian work rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
  • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

  • Qualification: Certificate III in Business-to-Business Sales
