Job summary

Elders is a trusted Australian agribusiness seeking a Sales Support Officer to join the growing team on a full-time, fixed-term 12-month contract. The role is the first point of contact for clients and supports the sales teams in building relationships across the Elders network.

You will provide expert administrative support, assist with the end-to-end sales process, and help promote the Elders brand while learning and growing your career within a supportive agribusiness.

Qualifications

• Background in business administration or similar.
• Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert administrative support to the team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationships
• Providing support in all areas of the sales process as well as assisting with running the office
• Provide support for livestock processing as needed
• Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Elders brand
• Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
• Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
• Assisting with expense management to ensure the branch is operating effectively
