Elders Rural Services invites applications for a Sales Support Officer on a full-time, fixed-term 12-month contract. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team through end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide expert administrative support to help the branch develop and foster professional relationships.
• Support in all areas of the sales process and assist with running the office.
• Provide support for livestock processing as needed.
• Create promotional and marketing materials to promote the Elders brand.
• Collaborate with the Elders team to help clients explore new opportunities.
• Maximise promotional opportunities, including field days and community events.
• Assist with expense management to keep the branch operating effectively.
