Job summary

Elders is seeking a Sales Support Officer Real Estate in Sydney to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients and provide administrative support to the branch, helping build strong relationships and support the sales process.

You will assist with advertising, contracts, property management, record financial transactions, and create promotional materials.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert administrative support to the team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationships
• Assisting in the preparation of documentation, such as advertising, contracts and providing property management assistance
• Accurately recording funds, completing trust fund transfers and supporting the debt collection process
• Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Elders brand
• Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
• Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer Real Estate to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Our Real Estate Sales Support Officers are the first people our clients see when they interact with Elders. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the team in building relationships with clients. As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:
