Elders is seeking a Sales Support Officer to join our Cootamundra team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and supporting the sales team through the end-to-end process across livestock and financial services.

You will be mentored to build the skills needed for a fruitful career at Elders in a supportive, community-focused environment that values relationships, accuracy, and a proactive approach.

Formación

• Experience in administration, sales support, customer service or a similar role.
• Customer-first approach and strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, resourceful and commercially minded with confidence using technology.

Responsabilidades

• Providing high-quality administrative and processing support to keep the branch running smoothly.
• Supporting the sales process and providing administration and coordination for the Branch Manager and wider team.
• Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver practical solutions.
• Supporting the team to maximise sales and business opportunities.
• Managing expenses, invoices and general office administration.
