Synergy, Western Australia’s leading energy provider, invites applications for a Sales Support Coordinator role based at our Perth CBD office. This 12-month opportunity sits within the Business Customer Unit, delivering services and solutions to business customers with a focus on sustainable energy offerings.

You will work across sales and support teams, handle customer interactions across channels, process standard contracts and service tasks, and help ensure a seamless customer experience with

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate a diverse range of technical capabilities in handling customer support tasks. Flexibility to transition between teams to deliver customer and third-party intermediary support while adapting to individual customer requirements and comprehending the commercial value associated with each interaction.
• Managing customer interactions from various communication channels, working to understand and solve customer energy issues to support the sales team and meet customer’s needs.
• Supporting the sales team by processing standard contract and service-related tasks to ensure a seamless customer and business experience. This includes processing billing, metering, deed of assignments, contract variations, churn requests, NMI merge and generating custom reports.
• Demonstrate effective organisation and optimisation of task management to meet agreed SLAs.

Role Description:

The Sales Support Coordinator role is an exciting 12month opportunity within our Business Customer Unit, based at our Perth CBD office.

The role sits within the Business Customer Support team, which delivers services and solutions tailored to the evolving needs of our business customers, with an increasing focus on sustainable and green energy offerings.

Working collaboratively across the sales and support teams, the Sales Support Coordinator plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer support, facilitating key processes and activities, and ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience.

• Demonstrate a diverse range of technical capabilities in handling customer support tasks.
