At Hazeldenes, you’ll be part of a diverse team doing extraordinary things — whether it’s on the farm, in production, or behind the scenes in engineering, logistics, and beyond. We value every background, every skillset, and every individual who contributes to our success.

Grow your career. Be part of something bigger. Join Hazeldenes.

The Role

We are seeking a Sales & Service Representative to join our Sales and Marketing Team at Lockwood. This is a key role responsible for supporting customer relationships, managing orders, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding service every day.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt assistance, processing orders accurately, managing telesales activities, and helping promote new and existing Hazeldenes products.

Working collaboratively with the Sales, Marketing, Planning, and Distribution teams, you’ll play an important part in achieving customer satisfaction, product delivery targets, and continued growth in our retail and wholesale networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service and support to Hazeldenes’ customers.
  • Manage incoming orders, product queries, and customer accounts with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote weekly and daily product specials.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to assist with account management and product promotions.
  • Coordinate customer credits, returns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Contribute to sales reporting, data analysis, and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Support marketing activities and promotions for independent grocers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.
About You
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or telesales — preferably in FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong team focus.
  • Passionate about delivering great customer experiences and contributing to business growth.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary and supportive team environment.
  • Opportunities for career growth within a leading Australian FMCG company.
  • Staff discounts on delicious Hazeldenes products.
  • Onsite parking and modern facilities.
  • Work close to home in Bendigo with a proud local employer.

We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We strongly encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds, and people of all abilities.
