4WD Supacentre in Geelong is seeking a driven Sales Representative who loves talking about 4WD-ing and camping to help customers find the perfect outdoor solution.

You will drive sales, upsell, maximise attachments and average transaction value, and create repeat customers through exceptional service. This role rewards top performers with strong pay packages, super, and commission in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environments is preferred.
• Ability to upsell and build complete solutions for customers.
• Strong communication and teamwork to drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales and achieving KPI targets.
• Building complete solutions with upselling, not just selling single products.
• Maximising attachment sales and average transaction value and sales per hour.
