Job summary

4WD Supacentre in Ballarat is seeking driven Sales Representatives who love talking about 4WD-ing and camping to help customers find the perfect outdoor solution.

You’ll drive sales, upsell complete solutions, hit weekly KPIs and build repeat customers through outstanding service. Prior retail or consumer electronics experience is valued and you’ll join a team that thrives on winning together.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Ability to upsell and close sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales and achieving individual KPI targets.
• Building complete solutions with upselling, not just selling single products.
• Maximising attachment sales and average transaction values and sales per hour.
