What you’ll do:

• Develop and manage your territory within the Foot & Ankle portfolio

• Build trusted partnerships with surgeons, nurses and hospital teams

• Support procedures in theatre and provide clinical guidance on Stryker’s product range

• Learn the clinical side of the role in your first 3–6 months, building surgeon confidence and long-term trust

• Identify new business opportunities and execute plans to grow the region

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

• Experienced in orthopaedics, trauma or sports medicine sales, or a fast learner eager to step into the space

• Naturally curious, competitive and self-driven with a willingness to learn

• Strong communicator who builds credibility quickly and thrives in fast-paced environments
