How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

This is a dynamic, multi-faceted commercial role where your daily actions directly impact the growth and performance of the region:

  • Strategic Business Development: Proactively identify, map, and pursue outbound sales opportunities to expand our market share in key industrial and technical sectors.

  • Market Intelligence Gathering: Track competitor movements, regulatory shifts, and emerging market trends to feed strategic insights directly back to commercial leadership.
  • Commitment to Safety: Champion our core "zero harm" culture during all site visits, ensuring compliance with both company and customer safety protocols.

We are looking for an energetic self-starter with a growth mindset and a proven track record of B2B sales success. You will bring:

  • Commercial Capability: 3+ years of experience in business development, commercial account management, or technical sales within an industrial or B2B environment.
  • Closing & Negotiation Mastery: Demonstrated ability to open new doors, lead complex commercial discussions, and confidently close high-value agreements.
  • Analytical Aptitude: Strong numerical skills, including the ability to utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), manage sales funnels, and analyze portfolio performance using Microsoft Excel or G-Suite.

  • Drive & Adaptability: An adaptive "can-do" attitude with the tenacity to manage competing priorities and navigate a rapidly evolving industrial landscape.
  • Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a technical discipline is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Valid and full Australian working rights.
